Here is your custom preview of the Intro and Random Section from this exclusive personal home defense guide ' Strategic Communications, Strategic Results.' The reminder is that this is a classic offering of an RB Roberts transcript of one of his pre-2020 podcast shows, namely 'American Private Home Decision Makers, USA.' It was  subtitled 'Road to the Future, TODAY!' So, the 'Intro' demonstrates how the author usually opened each one of his podcasts.

Also below is the Random Section [an excerpt] taken from 'Strategic Communications, Strategic Results.'  which you will see again in the actual work.

Intro

Hi. This is RB, and welcome to another extraordinary episode of Private Home Decision Makers, USA – Road to the Future, TODAY! Many thanks to you for investing time from your personal schedule to be right here, right now. To me, that’s amazing. But then, when you think of it, amazing people tend to do amazing things. Thanks for dropping by. In this moment, ‘Strategic Communication, Strategic Results,’ we’re going to consider what’s meant by strategic communication in relation to the results you expect using home service contractors working in the residential field of improvement, maintenance, and remodeling. Of course, they work in other realms assisting residents in matters of the home, but those just mentioned are heard about most frequently. For sure, we’ll consider relatively essential questions and answers as to how you can stay on top of the game. Hopefully, what you get out of this is a better understanding of why it’s so crucial for you, as an American private home decision maker, to incorporate a routine specifically for guarding against home improvement fraud. Here, we’re really going to home in on considerations for you strategizing much better, or with more of a determination.

Subsection: 'Know Who You Are Hiring.' So, where would that leave us if we hired these misfits because we’re somewhat more familiar with them from their prior surprise appearances at our property? This would be especially so if we didn’t look farther than what these tradespersons claimed and appeared to be. What I’m alluding to is this: the less we know about averting bad decision making in this nature of pursuit, the more likely are we to make them. And even when we know our decision could be perilous, we might not be strong enough to avoid making it. In either case, whether we know less or are informed, the chaotic result is usually identical since under the given circumstances, we’re resigned to having no adequate mechanism for staving off this type of consumer abuse. Yet this is something we’d like to have. We’d like to have a reliable system for weeding out the wrong kind of tradespersons. And that’s not such a bad idea, either. But the obvious challenge is locating a method which is just right for us. So how do we do this? Well, on the logical side of things, this is done through conscientiously becoming more familiar with the pitfalls and being strategically aggressive circumventing them.
