Are They Who They Say They Are, Or Something Else
A much closer examination of this 4th rendition in the classic Homeowners True Blue Series.
Here is your custom preview of the Intro and Random Section from this exclusive personal home defense guide ' Are They Who They Say They Are ....' The reminder is that this is a classic offering of an RB Roberts transcript of one of his pre-2020 podcast shows, namely 'American Private Home Decision Makers, USA.' It was subtitled 'Road to the Future, TODAY!' So, the 'Intro' demonstrates how the author usually opened each one of his podcasts.
Also below is the Random Section [an excerpt]taken from 'Are They Who They Say They Are ....' which you will see again in the actual work.
Intro
Hi. This
is RB, and welcome to another extraordinary episode of Private Home Decision
Makers, USA – Road to the Future, TODAY! Many thanks to you for investing time
from your personal schedule to be right here, right now. To me, that’s amazing.
But then, when you think of it, amazing people tend to do amazing things.
Thanks for dropping by. In this moment, consistent with the theme ‘Are They Who
They Say They Are or Something Else,’ we’re going to do quite a bit show ‘n’
tell with regard to revealing who and what tradespersons working as home
service contractors really are and by this means you just may tell the
difference between the good guys and the flukes. So if you’re a private home
decision maker residing in the US., this may be of more interest to you than
you may suppose. If you have a few unresolved questions as to how you should go
about scouting, selecting, and hiring tradespersons otherwise referred as home
service contractor, a few of these will be answered here. Presently, this show
is the only of its kind on Blog Talk Radio. In time, there may be more shows
like this by other people. Time will tell. But it seems this show is the only
of its kind on BlogTalk Radio which specifically addresses strategy and
tactics relative to home policy issues with regard to private home decision
makers in our country.

Subsection: ' Nice Meeting You.' Conceivably, at that moment,
there were perhaps hearty and expansive 'hello’s' since they were all so
ecstatic about finally meeting!; so immersed in the joy they felt in being
graced by the presence of their presumptive hero. For sure, he has finally arrived,
and now they’re finally going to get that wonderful, most amazing, prefab deck.
At last this amazingly water-proof, stain-resistant, fade-resistant deck would
be installed. Oh yeah. They had good reason for being so excited at the
prospect. Also not to mention the 25-year warranty. But to get started would
require only a deposit of $5,000. The bulk of it was for him to go shopping for
the synthetic parts and goods which would inevitably evolve into a most
beautiful Trex deck. Huh! The contractor cashed that check on the following day
and they haven’t seen him around their home since. But somehow they had faith
that he would suddenly show up again. Yet flashing forward, reportedly, he
hadn’t returned in four months. That’s how long they’re said to have waited
without going to authorities. Four months without a single call. Imagine that.
Would you wait that long before filing a police report? Would you wait that
long after you gave someone a $5,000 check for starting your project and he or
she suddenly disappeared without contacting you? Perhaps not.
