Here is your custom preview of the Intro and Random Section from this exclusive personal home defense guide  ' Lecture On Applied Appliances....' The reminder is that this is a classic offering of an RB Roberts transcript of one of his pre-2020 podcast shows, namely 'American Private Home Decision Makers, USA.' It was  subtitled 'Road to the Future, TODAY!' So, the 'Intro' demonstrates how the author usually opened each one of his podcasts.

Also below is the Random Section [an excerpt] taken from 'Lecture On Applied Appliances ....,'  which you will see again in the actual work.

Intro

Hi. This is RB, and welcome to another extraordinary episode of Private Home Decision Makers, USA – Road to the Future, TODAY! Many thanks to you for investing time from your personal schedule to be right here, right now. To me, that’s amazing. But then, when you think of it, amazing people tend to do amazing things. Thanks for dropping by. In this moment, you’re going to see why I chose to call this ‘Lecture on Applied Appliances – A Missing Link.’ The reason is that appliances can sometimes be overlooked as a legitimate component of home improvement. Typically, when the matter of home projects comes to mind, we don’t toss in the appliances. For some mysterious reason, instead of appliances, we think of siding, roofing, adding a new living unit, painting, fences and gates, electrical, decks, stairs, ceilings, and we can go on and on. We seem to include just about everything but appliances. Yet, appliances are very much part of the picture. That being said, we’re going to really get in deep about this one of the most inconspicuous aspects of home projects. Here we're really considering taking more seriously the prospect of calling in an appliance repair person to troubleshoot our appliances. Frankly, we really don’t know who or what the person really is unless we do the necessary deep research to find out. By the way, some appliance repair individuals are also categorically home service contractors.

Random Section

Subsection: 'Why Appliances.' As earlier shared, a major reason for singling out appliances is that these aren’t usually considered as elements which can, in some cases, entail home improvement fraud if you’re swindled by an appliance technician. It can happen with a botched job on your climate control system, your garbage disposal unit, your wall appliances, and even if you’ve got everything from the refrigerator to the washing machine on a flat surface you’ve got to plug in. If he or she screws them up or somehow disappears with your money without doing anything, it’s still fraud. Whether some prefer using the phrase ‘homeowner improvement fraud,’ it all boils down to working against your enjoyment of your home. If the technician did what he or she promised, that would’ve improved the environment. Since that didn’t, it’s not only you who were defrauded but everyone else living under your roof. The entire household. It certainly wasn’t improved, was it? So technically speaking, whether attached to the property or not, your entire house was betrayed by that dishonest technician. And I’d like to add, as far as this message is concerned, anytime a tradesperson steps into a home and scandalizes the person living there, this is a form of home improvement fraud. Home improvement fraud is normally associated with fraudulent behavior of contractors working in the home service industry. And this can include supposed appliance technicians.
