Here is your custom preview of the Intro and Random Section from this exclusive personal home defense guide  ' Natural Disasters Are Bad Enough ......' The reminder is that this is a classic offering of an RB Roberts transcript of one of his pre-2020 podcast shows, namely 'American Private Home Decision Makers, USA.' It was  subtitled 'Road to the Future, TODAY!' So, the 'Intro' demonstrates how the author usually opened each one of his podcasts.

Also below is the Random Section [an excerpt] taken from 'Natural Disasters Are Bad Enough ...'  which you will see again in the actual work.

Intro

Hi. This is RB, and welcome to another extraordinary episode of Private Home Decision Makers, USA – Road to the Future, TODAY! Many thanks to you for investing time from your personal schedule to be right here, right now. To me, that’s amazing. But then, when you think of it, amazing people tend to do amazing things. Thanks for dropping by. In this moment, Natural Disasters Are Bad Enough but Natural Decisions Are Even Worse, we’re going to focus primarily on home insurance fraud in relation to home improvement fraud. I don’t think we hear enough about it. Well, guess there’s nothing wrong with hearing more about it now. That said, we’re going to dive into this by first introducing the National Insurance Crime Bureau, otherwise known as ‘NIC-B.’ Or if you feel a bit expressive you can say, ‘NICB.’ But my first preference is for ‘NICB’ since the agency’s like a smooth operator. It’s an agency which tracks down raucous insurance swindlers like bad tradespersons or home service contractors without making a sound. So, all the while the offenders don’t hear a thing. They don’t know a thing until all the NICB’s preliminary investigations mature enough to cause the bureau to issue the indictment. Smooth.

Subsection: 'A Most Appealing Victor.' Eventually, someone comes along in this moment of distress and weakness promising to at least handle something with regard to your major home needs. He or she offers a price range that’s very low and affordable. Your natural reaction will most likely be to really compromise your defenses. It’s the press of events. It’s an impulse, and normally we can allow this natural reaction to completely disrupt, overthrow, and neutralize whatever senses for reason we’ve got. But there’s something about natural responses to anything upsetting the normality of our lives. There’s something natural about thrusting ourselves into thoughtless action towards re-establishing some semblance of stability as soon as possible. We don’t want that to be delayed for a single second. The sooner, the better. That’s our natural reaction and it’s what leads us into making natural, reactive choices. It’s the typical thing to do. Nonetheless, moving on this instinct alone can be and often is detrimental in decision making, especially when it comes the serious business of the home. How you decide will impact your entire household. So, you need to back off from hiring on the spot. Get business card. Research.
